By making your reservation with Rex Celeris, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Reservation Confirmation

You will receive proof of your confirmed reservation via email. Once the confirmation is sent, it is your responsibility to review all reservation details carefully to ensure accuracy. If any information needs to be updated, it is the responsibility of the individual making the payment to notify Rex Celeris promptly. Rex Celeris is authorized to charge the credit card provided for any applicable additional fees.

Payment

The total cost of your trip is due at the time of booking. All prearranged hourly rides require a credit card authorization form and valid proof of identity. For all airport pick-up/drop-off, one-way, and round-trip rides, the individual responsible for payment must present identification matching the name on the credit card used for booking.

Liability

Rex Celeris is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns.

We are not responsible for lost luggage, personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle. Please ensure that all your items are retrieved when exiting the vehicle. If you believe you left something behind, contact us immediately and we will make every effort to recover it.

Child safety seats are available upon request. The parent, guardian, or accompanying party is legally responsible for the child’s safety and ensuring the child’s seat is properly secured.

Standing through the sunroof or while the vehicle is in motion is strictly prohibited. Rex Celeris is not liable for injuries resulting from customer negligence. Vehicles must not exceed seating capacity, and the use of safety belts is required by law.

Passenger Conduct

Illegal drug possession and alcohol consumption by individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Alcohol is only permitted in limousines equipped with a partition.

The individual responsible for the booking will be held accountable for any fines or damage caused during the rental by them or their guests. Misconduct may result in trip termination without refund at the sole discretion of Rex Celeris.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the vehicle. A $500 fine per incident will be charged, excluding any additional extraordinary cleaning fees.

Damage to Vehicle & Accessories

The individual who made the reservation will be held financially responsible for any damage to Rex Celeris property caused by the party during the trip.

• Interior damage: Minimum fee of $250 (increases based on severity)
• Sanitation fee: Minimum $350 (increases based on severity)

Overtime Charges

If your trip exceeds the scheduled time, the credit card on file will be charged accordingly.

Messaging Consent

You agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Rex Celeris. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at contact@rexceleris.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
